Setup takes around 10–15 minutes. After that:

• For the Weekly Doctor Briefing, you simply read it – no action needed.
• For patient newsletters, you’ll receive a pre-curated pack and can optionally choose your preferred articles. If you’re busy, the default set goes out automatically.
• VitalsUp handles drafting, formatting, sending, and unsubscribes.
